James Mott

ProjectBook Founder
 
Business Background: Conservation specialist James Mott has over 24 years experience working in the heritage sector as a skilled craftsman, contractor and consultant. Originally trained as a cabinet maker in Suffolk, James was managing director of a company in Guildford, which built a reputation for high class bespoke furniture making and project management of specialist building restoration projects which include Sir John Soane's Museum, Church House Westminster, Ingress Abbey Dartford and County Hall Westminster.

Responsibility:   ProjectBook vision and oversight, strategic business planning, sales, vetting and screening of business applications, web content, public relations and providing technical help and advice for ProjectBook site users.

David Thomas

Business Strategy

Business Background: David worked for a number of years at Saatchi & Saatchi before leaving there with a number of colleagues to set up a small start-up advertising agency called Leith London. He has 14 years varied business experience and during this time has worked with many of the UK’s leading brands advising them on marketing, communications and business strategy.   

Responsibility: Ensuring Projectbook maintains a focus on its customers whilst delivering the most compelling and competitive product in the market place.



Claire Mott

Director

Business Background: Claire has practiced as a physiotherapist for 16 years. She then progressed into management and as part of a team, took responsibility for the allocation of department resources, complex rota's and data analysis, along with the practical management of three teams of respiratory physiotherapists at the Royal Surrey County hospital in Guildford.

Responsibility:  Communications, surveys and research, data compilation and input, office management and administration

Karen Mulcahy
