This practical half day course (1.00pm-5:00pm) is designed to help businesses get the most from the social media platform Twitter. Used correctly, Twitter is an effective marketing tool, and with more and more people ‘joining the conversation’, now is the time to really get engaged and make twitter work for your business.

Who is the course for?
This workshop is for you if you want to get started with social marketing on Twitter and be shown how to maximise the benefit to your business. The workshop is aimed primarily at business owners but is also relevant to staff with responsibility for social marketing within their organisation.

With practical theory and hands on input, we will assist you to:
• Develop a Twitter specific marketing plan
• Feel confident about social interaction protocol
• Develop the approach & strategies you will adopt
• Have a clear vision about what you want to achieve
• Create a Twitter action plan & future reference document

Places are limited to 10 people - this ensures that you receive individual attention so you can maximise the benefit of your investment in this course.

Course attendees are advised to have at least 1 week’s experience with using and communicating with people on Twitter to get the most from this course.
