Specifically, the group will focus on the needs and challenges faced by organisations, property owners/managers and businesses working within the heritage sector. In its advisory capacity, the group will act as a sounding board in giving strategic advice and insights to the general policies, direction and implementation of future Projectbook inaitive’s and resources.

The group’s primary roles are:

  • Driving forward the strategic and operational approach of Projectbook
  • Playing an ambassadorial role for the work of Projectbook.
  • Stimulating industry wide awareness and buy in.
  • Building consensus through comments resolution
  • Ensuring that the proposals being developed are in the best interests of property owners, organisations and businesses.

Primary objectives:
  • To review current features and advise of improvements
  • To review and develop Heritage Register vetting procedures
  • Develop new inaitives / features for Projectbook to incorporate

Advisory Group Members:

The Projectbook Advisory Group is to be composed of 10 members. The group will be made up of heritage organisation representatives, property owners and people currently working within the conservation/restoration sector, who have proven track records within their professional fields.

Have Your Say:

Following each meeting, the main action points, areas of agreement and future proposals will be posted onto a live blog on the Projectbook website. All registered site users will be encouraged to have their say and to submit their own views. Significant comments will then be addressed as part of the agenda in the following group meeting.

It is intended that the Advisory group will meet twice yearly.
